Hydrocity Zone - Album and Video Art

Album cover art and video asset art for Victor McKnight's cover song of "Hydro City Zone Act 1" from the game "Sonic the Hedgehog 3". This is the second album art I have done in Victor's series of Sonic music covers.

This art was made with two purposes in mind: the first one being an album art cover that was uploaded to music platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp, etc. The second purpose of this art was to have the art animated for the YouTube video uploaded to Victor's channel. The art was made with 4 sets of separate "layers" in mind; level chunks, bubbles, fan, and hedgehog, that could be moved in a simple floating animation pattern, which you can see in motion in the YouTube upload.
